attitude era shit:: long and drawn out, why the fuck is this not the stone cold mode? take a cue from nba 2k11 jackasses. the events that happen are accurate enough to be entertaining, legends of wrestlemania did a better job. new age outlaw theme inaccurate, no pre-match speech. only good to come of this mode is filling in educational gaps once forgotten. the rock's second AE mode fight... why the fuck is this unworthy ass match in here. freezes during videos sporadically. Edge n Christian only one of the tlc tag teams in the game, does not have the benefit of flash photography intro... the fuck? entire mode is NOT fun to play at ALL. 90% of the objectives you must complete to unlock things will make you throw your console through a wall, unless you just enjoy doing the same thing 20x




Character models:: rubber, barely animated, svr 11 Still looks superior, divas look like the worse drag queens ever. wtf is wrong with everyone's hair? stone cold is the same model he's been since svr 2010, maybe even further back.




Shit they added:: Ermahgerd moments which are just rehashed actions with the exception of the ring collapse. only find them remotely interesting when you forget about them and the ai catches another ai with one during a MITB match, attitude mode is lacking a lot of characters and matches that MADE the attitude era. brought back finisher storing. I quit match is ass, rather just play submission. only new addition that's fun to play is special ref, which should have NEVER been taken out of the fucking games. do finishers just about whenever, sorry but i played wrestling games on n64, this means nothing to me. it's like 15 years too late to be special.



Shit that never fucking changed:: ropes have bad physics and character interactions, where the fuck is the stamina recovery button? awkward physics interactions (objects, wrestlers). why the fuck is the backstage assault a selectable match type? still impossible to exit hell in a cell. dull ass character models, no muscles, no movement, nothing. AI can reverse fucking EVERYTHING. one match objective was to just use a fucking finisher, guess how many times it got reversed? 5 rock bottoms later I'm restarting the match...again.


Roster:: holy fucking dog shit on a banana peel, 8 divas selectable, 4 of which have been released from the company earlier this year. every other active wwe diva not in the game will be fucking dlc? layla in specific  will be free in 2 months... yeah. haven't unlocked the full AE roster but it seems that they out number the main roster (big whoop). current active wrestlers such as ryback and tensei dlc next month, no prime time players, usos in a dlc in a couple months. there's just so much wrong with the roster. I don't know how they just so happen to fuck it up every year. we don't need 2 versions of the fucking rock, i hate that shit, NOTHING is different between them. make 98 rock a selectable attire, add his old theme and video to that attire. they don't even have the proper elbow pads for 98 rock, yes I'm going to be fucking picky, don't swing your dick talking about how authentic the game is and then do whatever the fuck you want with it.

Fuck ups:: game freezes constantly at random occurrences, gay ass new control scheme keeping with tradition. attitude moment... fuck you yuke's. attitude moment = QTE where you inadvertently knock out the referee. get slammed anywhere near steel steps and you will be stuck into the ground until you get hit out of the frozen state. ai never hits you out of it btw.

Authenticity:: where is it?!?!? no chyna in AE mode ok fine, where the fuck are all the divas? from 1995-2000, you couldn't get anyone at all?  no sable, no sunny, no ivory, jacqueline, tori, molly, terri? these matches are not accurate, don't half ass. foley taker 98 KOTR, only one announce table here, no thumb tacks, that could've even been just a cg thing. the whole mode in general follows a fucked up story line, they jump around and have you play out random shit, that's not what the attitude era is about. and for fuck's sake it's "OH YOU DIDN'T KNOW??... YO ASS BETTAH CALLLLLLL SOME-BO-DAYYYYYYYYY!!" and when the new age outlaws get to the fucking ring it goes "ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, children of all ages...." you get the point. where is that??? wwf attitude is more accurate than this game's AE mode which is pretty much an attitude era wiki written up by people that obviously never experienced what made that era what it was. what the fuck is this red bullshit that's supposed to be the blood from a stone t-shirt? that better not be the dlc shit that came with my SCSA edition.


gems in this pile of shit:: even though austin looks horrible, they finally his title belt intro somewhat accurate. ken fucking shamrock. sexual chocolate in stone cold's royal rumble. reversal system is slightly less shitty. SPECIAL FUCKING REFEREE MATCHES.

pisses me the fuck off:: beat mark henry in 4 minutes, performing both your finishers. you know how fucking long it takes to build up a finisher? let alone do any type of fucking damage to anyone?? OH and I fucking LOVE how the ai is smart enough to waste time. i got both my signature moves and every time he gets out of the ring and runs away. same thing happens in mixed tag matches where you're playing ring around the rosey because the ai tags out every time that you do and you're forced to switch.  matches you can't win. why the fuck am I playing it then? just to get to a cut scene where I lose? well you know when shamrock screwed the rock out of survivor series on 11/2/98, it was such a part of the attitude era that it needed to be in the game and you need to be the rock. I'm pissed at the stone cold one too, austin special ref for kane vs taker, he declares himself the winner. why am I not playing as autsin? replays after your finisher take too fucking long, cut scenes when people walk to the ring mid-match are so useless. every time it happens just mash reverse cuz now your opp is standing and probably has advantage. raw replays used to be a picture in picture so you could still see what was going on... sound dropping is also a problem. halfway thru the match chair shots stop making noise? where is the fucking fork lift? nevermind I just lost. mandible claw is not a fucking submission move either.
